Please describe your company and your position there.

305 Fitness is a dance cardio fitness brand with an emphasis on inclusivity and empowerment. I am the VP of Licensing, which oversees Instructor licensing. In this department we certify Instructors to teach our method, and then they pay a monthly subscription fee to maintain the teaching license and access the tools necessary through our proprietary app.

For what projects/services did your company hire Supl.ai Analytics?

We brought on Supl.ai Analytics to oversee the set up of Amplitude, including creating a taxonomy, working with the developer on the set up of events and building visualization tools to help us make critical business decisions.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Sup.lai Analytics was chosen from a short list of 5 other consultants. They were chosen due to their experience with Amplitude and set up of data frameworks with other early stage companies.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

First they spent time understanding our business model, internal technology and the KPIs we were looking to measure. They then created the taxonomy that was vetted by our product manager and developer. From there they worked closely with the developer, getting events set up to spec, and started creating visualizations. We finished the project with a full range of dashboards to support our daily decision making as well as our roadmap to scale.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Just a few months ago, if we wanted to analyze a data set we had to do it by hand in Excel. We now have a range of dashboards and visualization tools that we can access on a daily basis. These tools in Amplitude have already helped us to identify trends in our user behavior and close the gap on churn.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team was communicative and responsive. We have a very small team, so things were not always effectively roadmapped. Kritika was adaptable and took ownership of the project, supporting me directly in moving things forward.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Kritika took an ambiguous data project and really helped us create order out of the chaos. Supl.ai Analytics stood out as a problem solver and partner who was not afraid of complex challenges.

I am the Managing Director of Augmen Digital, a digital marketing agency specialized in Facebook Ads.

For what projects/services did your company hire Supl.ai Consultancy?

We needed a way to build dashboards that were easy to read and were enriched with the data we needed from different sources, so we could pull better insights out of our campaigns. We did not have that experience in-house, so we decided to invest in someone to build it for us.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to create more dynamic, usable dashboards that gave our team fast insights on the performance of their campaigns.

How did you select this vendor?

We searched online for analytics consultants and had a list of about 3 who were a good fit. After testing them 3 at the same time, we made the decision to select Kritika and her team because of the quality of communication she had in the process. I had no hiccups whatsoever getting in touch with her and getting a response with the work involved.

We already had a dashboard built out previously, but it was outdated and static. Kritika came in and updated it for Google Dadta Studio, and configured the data so it helped us see other insights we could not see from our previous reporting systems.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within a month, Kritika transitioned all our clients to the new dashboards seamlessly - and it was an easy adoption process for our entire team.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was amazing, she jumped into our Slack and communicated with us there. It was fast and easy to communicate with them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The communication and the skill level she demonstrated - I personally have some data studio experience but she blew the project out of the park with ideas that I've never even heard of.
