They're always on time, communicative, and good at providing options and alternatives, describing the positives and negatives of each one. We've had some communication challenges related partly to our side. We communicated our goals, plans, and vision from different angles and departments. Myplanet was good at listening, but we still had some confusion and delays in our communication at times.
