We are a multi-practice law firm and my position is HR/ Office Manager.

For what projects/services did your company hire Midfield Interactive, and what were your goals?

They maintain the firm's website such as updates when needed, general maintenance etc. They are the source for our firm business cards.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I joined the firm in January 2022, and Midfield was already in place.

Website maintenance & design. They also produce of firm business cards and our firm logo.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I work with Tobi the most. Her title is; Manager of Culture and People. I have also dealt with a variety of techs when assigned for various updates.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The team is timely in responding to requests for website changes. Tobi is always responsive and great with following up to ensure matters are attended to.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We have only used the team for updates this past year. You send an email to the support team and a ticket is created and then assigned to a tech. Tobi is always copied on these requests to keep her in the loop.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Tobi and her overall response time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes details are missed in request for changes.

I’m the owner of a nursing agency. We supply health care facilities with nurses and personal support workers.

What challenge were you trying to address with Midfield Interactive?

We needed help with branding and web development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Midfield Interactive first helped us with our branding and created our logo. Afterward, they built our website from scratch and applied the branding they created. The team added a few integrations to the site, including a booking system for clients and a job application form for potential employees.

What is the team composition?

We worked with Galia (Head of Technology), Ashley (Senior Account Manager), and a graphic artist.

How much have you invested with them?

The project cost $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January 2020–June 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Midfield Interactive did a fantastic job of creating a website that reflected who we were. The design they created was just beautiful — it allowed me to stand out amongst my competitors. Additionally, it worked well and was free of bugs.

How did Midfield Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was excellent. We primarily communicated through video calls. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were very patient with me and listened to what I had to say. Furthermore, I was very impressed with Midfield Interactive’s high-quality deliverables.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing they could’ve done better.

Trust in their vision. They'll take your ideas and bring them to life.
