We had a project timeline for meetings and deliverables which we adhered to, with the exception of my team taking longer than anticipated to narrow down a selection from three stylescape options. This was a reflection on the quality of work shared by Longhouse--all three options were marketable, on point, and could easily have been selected so the decision making process for my larger board took longer than I thought it would. Longhouse was flexible through this process. The final delivery of the brand package included all the workshop components, design options, as well as all the final design assets as outlined and promised.

They’re exceptional project managers. We started with an implementation process that was 30 days long and they set very clear expectations for what would be accomplished in those 30 days which was quite a bit. They went through our entire web presence and audited everything. We communicate through Trello, and Google Docs. They come to us on a weekly basis with recommendations. At the end of the month, we did a large presentation style contemplative session where we were left with a great deal of things that we could implement. We’ve seen a lot of results from those recommendations.
