I have background in coding and working with development teams on project prioritization so we decided to share the project management responsibilities over having a dedicated project manager. This led to a development process that was faster, more cost effective and cut out much of the misinterpretation that can come with having a middle person between the client and the people doing the actual work. We are like a bullet train working together, however, I will say that our working relationship relies on two way trust which we built quickly and with solid communication.

Mindsea does a very good outline for scope, timeline, deliverables, and feedback. It was well understood what we were receiving and results were met. The team listens to the clients overall need, then creates an outline of the project. We meet weekly with the team to refine and discuss each component of the project. Once the project is ready, the Mindsea team jumps in to create designs and asks for feedback readily. We can track their progress easily. It is very easy to get in contact with the team, who are extremely responsive. Most importantly, the team asks questions. This really helps with communicate and to ensure deliverables are as expected. The company's best quality is their ability to "really" listen and transition the clients thoughts into an executable plan. The team is extremely professional. The culture of Mindsea is fantastic. It is truly a team effort, which we felt from the beginning of our project.

Matrix Media Solutions (P) Ltd.'s communication was good. The team was there when I needed to talk to them. They also kept communicating with me in terms of where they were and what they were doing. Sometimes, I didn’t even have to follow up; they told me right away where the problem was. We had agreed to finish the project in mid-April, but I told them I wanted to do it earlier. They were flexible and pushed to finish it earlier, which was good for me in terms of managing the work and pressure. I liked their service delivery. I worked with another developer before and faced issues with them in terms of delays. Matrix Media Solutions (P) Ltd., however, fulfilled my expectations. They were supportive and did whatever I told them to do. It was easy to work with them, so I decided to prolong our engagement.
