We didn't have an eCommerce website earlier. Our board of directors decided to enter into the online industry few years back. Then we started searching professional companies for outsourcing and hired Matrix Media to develop our eCommerce website and mobile application for both iOS and Android.

After the kick-off meeting, Matrix Media provided me a detailed SOW. On our approval, they followed the below process for website development: Wireframes Web page design in Photoshop HTML integration Magento Theme Development 3rd Party API and extensions integrations
For mobile app: UI/UX design of screens including splash screen Web service development Mobile app build development in React Native (Hybrid) They developed the whole thing on their development server.
After detailed QA, on our approval, they moved all the files to our server and made the website Live and also uploaded the apps to the Google play store and iOS app store.

Matrix Media Solutions developed a website for us with a custom design for all escape rooms. It was a significant design work as we needed a memorable and emotional design for each specific room and unique corporate identity. When the website was successfully launched, they started engineering and development of our custom ERP system.
We had many valuable discussions with the Matrix Media Solutions team about the engineering of the product and all the tiny details and aspects of ERP. As a result, they developed a detailed technical specification document, which was extremely helpful and played a critical role in creating a great product.
The first version of the platform was successfully released in 3 months and integrated into the business processes. This helped us to optimize the processes, increase our business activity, and attract more clients.

The goal of the project is to build a simple, easy to use SAAS based Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) web app that will help laboratories comply with ISO 17025 requirements. The work scope had been split into two phases:
Phase 1: To build the mvp of the project and ensure that the technology stack and the integrated tools such as dynamic form builder, report builder are working well together to achieve the business modules requirements. All working on AWS cloud services. Status: Completed, Tested and Approved
Phase 2: To develop the SAAS management, additional features to be added to the system in addition to a quality management module. In this ongoing phase, we had 6 milestones in which 5 hade been completed successfully.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Measurable outcomes:
Achieve higher flexibility in building forms wihtout code changes by successfully integrating a dynamic form builder.
Achieve higher flexibility in building report templates wihtout code changes by successfully integrating a report buildeing tool.
Utilises the services of AWS and MongoDB's Atlas to have an easy to manage and low operating cost for the system.
Successfully developing the main features that helps the labs in conducting tests and generating reports for clients as per ISO requirements.

Delivery on time: Most milestones have been delivered on time, except for minor delays in a couple milestones due to issues in fully utilising other third- party services that have been used in the development.
Responding to our needs: Their project management have been very understanding and flexible with our changing requirements.
