This project aims to develop a custom CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system seamlessly integrated with a web-based VoIP phone solution. This integration will enable users to make and receive calls directly within the CRM interface, enhancing communication and data management for improved customer interaction.

CRM Functionality

• Contact Management: Create, edit, and manage detailed customer profiles containing contact information, interaction history, and communication preferences.
• Lead Management: Capture and qualify leads, track lead progress through sales funnels, and automate lead nurturing workflows.
• Opportunity Management: Manage sales opportunities, track quotes and proposals, and forecast potential revenue.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Task and Activity Management: Assign tasks and schedule activities related to customer interactions and sales processes.
• Data Security: Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive customer data.

Web-based VoIP Integration

• Click-to-dial functionality: Initiate outgoing calls directly from customer profiles within the CRM interface.
• Inbound call display: Display caller information (name, company, etc.) upon receiving an inbound call.
• Call recording: Record customer interactions for compliance and training purposes.

We aim to complete this project in 6 months but with mutule agreement, we have extended the project time.

Coderlab did an excellent job on contactless attendance, employee can now mark their attendance by just standing few second in front of the camera. And developers working hours management is mush easier now by the solution that coderlab provided us.

employee working hours management is easier now and we don't have to struggle with spreadhseet anymore and after the COVID we needed a contact less attendance.
