• I had an idea to stop the fighting and squabbling solution to nailing skincare choices every time.online, as it sometimes leads to real-world altercations and violence. I created an app that allows people to take their issues online and let social media resolve them. All I had was an idea and pitch deck in my head, and Coderlab Tech LLC captured everything that was in my head in an app. It will be live in the next three months.

The app functions a lot like a game. Say my friend and I have been having a disagreement for over a year; the app lets us take our product to social media and have everyone there decide on which product they want.

People can deal with their skin through the application by finding a resolution to their problem. They put everything together and we reviewed it all. During our get-to-know-you calls, they reviewed the product and get it delivered.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They’ve been amazing. All the visuals were only in my head when I brought them the ideas, and Coderlab Tech brought them all to life. They were very patient as I articulated my idea in the beginning, and the quality they’ve given me is outstanding. Also, they’ve coached me along and given me more energy than I was expecting. I can ask them anything.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Everybody comes on time to our calls and brings great energy. Even though this is my first time working with an app development company, I’ve felt comfortable throughout the project. They started to feel just like family after the second or third meeting.

They’ll show me what they’ve done, and I’ll add my comments. It’s been a really great experience working with them.

They walked me step-by-step through the tools they use, and they were very patient about it. This has given me confidence that they can execute my vision. We communicate over Slack, Google Meet, and more

This project aims to develop a custom CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system seamlessly integrated with a web-based VoIP phone solution. This integration will enable users to make and receive calls directly within the CRM interface, enhancing communication and data management for improved customer interaction.

CRM Functionality

• Contact Management: Create, edit, and manage detailed customer profiles containing contact information, interaction history, and communication preferences.
• Lead Management: Capture and qualify leads, track lead progress through sales funnels, and automate lead nurturing workflows.
• Opportunity Management: Manage sales opportunities, track quotes and proposals, and forecast potential revenue.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Task and Activity Management: Assign tasks and schedule activities related to customer interactions and sales processes.
• Data Security: Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive customer data.

Coderlab did an excellent job on contactless attendance, employee can now mark their attendance by just standing few second in front of the camera. And developers working hours management is mush easier now by the solution that coderlab provided us.
