They had a remarkable ability to listen deeply to feedback, iterate quickly, and maintain momentum without sacrificing quality. Their level of responsiveness, even during high-pressure sprints, was both calming and empowering. If there’s one area of improvement we could suggest, it would be their ability to scale bandwidth during moments when we wanted to accelerate even faster. Given how impressed we were with their core team, we often found ourselves wishing there were three more of them.
