For what projects/services did your company hire Jordan Marketing Consultants?
Thymeless Catering needed a one stop shop for all their offered services. We had a separate e-commerce platform where we were selling our sauces/condiments and all our other services needed to be inquired about via email. We wanted our potential clientele to be able to have access to everything on one professional site.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We wanted a vendor that specialized in working with small businesses, and could work with us and the budget that we had. We were able to find both of those factors at JMC
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
The process began with an initial meeting to discuss goals for the site, basic design and budget. Mr. Jordan took the time to listen to the worries we had based on our previous site & even offered to assist us in getting out of a contract that we were previously locked into. He explained the best blueprint for the website for a company of our size, and what features would be included on the site to be most profitable for our business.
He took the time to answer all of our questions in detail and make us very comfortable with the steps moving forward. Once all was understood on both sides, Mr. Jordan began the process of working on our site. He created a task list for the information that he needed from our team.
Once all the information was submitted, he assisted us in creating the needed accounts for the plug-ins for the site (mailchimp, stripe etc) We were then given a tour of the site and had a few follow up meetings to go over each aspect and fix any of the aspects we didn't like. We were able to give feedback and have the necessary adjustments made until we were completely satisfied with the final product.

In total we worked with 2 members of the team inclusive of Mr. Jordan. The other member assisted with our product descriptions
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The project was successful, we are able to send clientele directly to our site & that answers most of their inquires. We are now also able to sell our sauces directly and control the distribution of them.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was very effective. All aspects of the project was communicated, with timelines and due dates adhered too. We received prompt and thorough responses to all of our inquiries.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We were impressed by the multi-faceted knowledge of the team and their willingness to assist us with the previous contract. They were able to guide us in the direction that would be beneficial to us by making note-worthy suggestions for better business even outside of the scope of the site.

I'm the VP and a director at Friends of Marcy Houses, a nonprofit based in Brooklyn, New York. We provide direct services to residents of Marcy Houses, a public housing complex. Our primary focus is providing after-school and summer school programs for middle schoolers, but we also offer services like food assistance, repairs, and so on.

We needed a website built.

Initially, we asked Jordan Marketing to create a basic WordPress website that contained our information. We wanted it to look professional specifically because we wanted people to know that we weren’t a fly-by-night operation. As time went on, we wanted more features. The team has added a news section on our homepage so visitors can see our recent efforts, to which we’re able to embed videos. They continue to provide support and significant updates.

They did a great job with the website — it looks professional and high-quality. Jordan Marketing satisfied our needs efficiently in terms of money and time. The quality of their work is better than what I've seen from previous vendors.

They’re a very responsive team that keeps its promises — if they give a deadline, they stick to it. We only use email and phone calls to communicate, which I prefer because I don’t really like complex programs. Working with them has gone very well.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The best things about them are their reliability and responsiveness. I’ve had many issues with vendors giving me deadlines they couldn’t meet, which drives the cost up. However, this has never been an issue with Jordan Marketing — the team is quick to respond and sticks to deadlines, which allows for a reasonable price.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything at the top of my head — they’ve definitely accomplished everything I ever asked them to do.

The clearer you are about your requirements, the better. They will implement exactly what you ask for, and they will do it well.

I was personally referred to Jordan Consultants after struggling to bring exposure to a $200,000 festival to support the marketing effort. They were transparent and honest about the scope of their ability and gave pro bono consultation on how I could possibly achieve my goal.

I am the Owner and Director of Interconnections Healing Center, a social justice oriented mental health group practice in Seattle, WA.
For what projects/services did your company hire Jordan Marketing Consultants?
We needed a new website when we transitioned from solo practice to group practice.
How did you select Jordan Marketing Consultants and what were the deciding factors?
I was looking for a web designer who was adept at using Wordpress and allowed me to have creative input in the design process. I was also looking for a designer who would give the site over to me at the end of the project to revise and edit.
Finally, I was looking for a designer of color as partnering with BIPOC vendors and services is aligned with our mission.

We had some initial meetings to talk about my needs and what Jordan Marketing Consultants could offer. After establishing that it would be a good fit, I shared some websites that appealed to me and talked about what aspects I would like.
After deciding on a template and some critical design aspects, I submitted a detailed outline of the content and the images I would like for each page. We were in close communication and Wendell was responsive, patient, easy to work with, took in my feedback and was timely with his work.

Many people, especially other mental health therapists and practices, have made positive comments about my site. My site also draws in a lot of clients and we have been consistently full, attracting more clients than we have capacity for!

Excellent. The hands-on, relatable, and responsive aspects of Jordan Marketing Consultants were valuable and impressive Wendell was also able to communicate in a way that I could understand, as a person not in this field.

I have been very happy with the timeliness, responsiveness, and overall cost of the project and ongoing work that we have been doing together. It's a therapist thing to say, but the relationship is really the most important aspect of any collaboration I engage in and it has been great to feel connected to and to feel mutual respect with Wendell through the process of our working together.
It really does feel like a collaboration and that we co-created this site because he was so open to my ideas.

Minor details are sometimes missed but as soon as I point them out in our editorial process, they get corrected promptly.
