Texas Trust Credit Union engaged Smart Panda Labs initially in 2024 to help with 2 primary needs: integrating a Spanish translation plugin on the main Texas Trust site and standing up Adobe Analytics as a new online tool. Smart Panda was further retained to stand up and administer Adobe Target in 2025

Spanish website launched in November 2024.

Still integrating Adobe Analytics and Target.

Smart Panda Labs has been extremely effective in their project management skills and highly consultive in their approach. As a client, we often need guidance on the best approach to take. Shamir and his team have always been knowledgeable and practical in their approach.

Smart Panda Labs provides highly customized and personal services. Rather than systematizing a one-size-fits-all program for clients to fit into, Smart Panda litens to client needs and provides services that match and meet those needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Smart Panda Labs could have done differently?

Smart Panda has been a joy to work with. Any hiccups or obstacles came from decisions made prior to engaging Smart Panda. I only wish we had brought them in sooner as we were picking the configuration of our systems!
