The project kicked off with a full discovery phase. Prompt Digital didn’t just look at our UI and toss out a new design they took time to interview our customers, analyze user behavior, and get a feel for how people were actually using the product. They then created user personas, journey flows, and early wireframes. From there, we worked through several iterations of design concepts, eventually landing on a much more streamlined dashboard experience. They delivered a complete design system, interactive prototypes, and final screens that our engineering team could implement directly.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Once we launched the redesign, we saw a drop in support tickets related to dashboard confusion. That was the first big indicator it was working. But what really stood out to me was hearing from customers who had been with us for years they were reaching out just to say how much better everything felt. Engagement with secondary features increased too, which told us users were finally discovering tools they hadn’t even noticed before. It wasn’t just about things looking nicer it was about things making sense.
