We have a complicated system, and we knew migrating the data to the new site would be complicated and time-consuming. Plaudit Design completed the migration, and they came up with a great-working interface that can run the data daily and is pretty much hands-free. Although the project went through a longer timeframe than expected, we knew our system was problematic.

In terms of how they manage their business, they run everything through Basecamp. Tasks get assigned with timeframes to specific people. It’s a very efficient process.
