I’m the president of RC Fasteners & Components.
What challenge were you trying to address with Ecreative (Ecreativeworks, Inc.)?
We hired Ecreative to rebuild a five-page website into an e-commerce website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Ecreative has built our e-commerce website from scratch. The site allows customers to add their credit card information and view real-time pricing through APIs. The team also ensures the site provides a good e-commerce shopping experience where customers could find information, documents, technical descriptions, and more before they decide to purchase products online. They’re also helping us with our SEO campaigns.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with several people from Ecreative over the years. Around 4–6 people are typically involved in the engagement, including a team lead that does back-and-forth correspondence with me.
How did you come to work with Ecreative (Ecreativeworks, Inc.)?
We interviewed a bunch of companies, but we believed we were led to Ecreative by the Lord. the team also has a lot of experience in our industry, so we hired them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $90,000 on website development and maintenance. For SEO, we’ve spent about $50,000.

We started working together in August 2013, and the engagement is ongoing.

Looking at data from when we built the website and started the SEO campaigns, we’ve managed to generate nearly a million dollars in revenue compared to what we’ve spent. Overall, this partnership has been a good investment.
How did Ecreative (Ecreativeworks, Inc.) perform from a project management standpoint?
Ecreative’s project management skills are excellent. They have different project managers depending on our needs — whether you’re working on SEO, Google Ads, or website revision — and all of them do an excellent job in their work. To communicate, we use Zoom conferences and emails. We also do phone calls but not often.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re thorough, and the team cares about making their customers happy by doing good work. A lot of their customers are referred via word of mouth, and I’m one of those people — I’ve also referred customers to them because I’m honestly happy with their outputs.
Moreover, 10 years into the relationship, I’m pleased with my decision to work with them as our website and sales continue to grow year after year. They always come up with solutions and game plans for whatever issues we face. Overall, we truly reap the benefits of our decision to hire them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Ecreative should continue communicating with us and being as timely as possible. For the most part, they get everything done in a timely fashion. However, we all get busy sometimes.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Provide Ecreative with as much content as possible with regard to your industry and products. The more content you provide, the less work they have to do, which will bring the price of developing your website down. It makes their job easier, and you have better chances of getting the right results the first time.

They’ve added a shopping cart and online quotations features, among other things like relevant pictures and our specification sheet. We also have constant SEO meetings with them to look for continuous improvement on our site.
Ecreative is also managing our Google My Business account and Google Ads as well. In addition to that, they make suggestions for both our LinkedIn and Facebook posts.
