We provided Parqa with fulfillment services on technical SEO as well and offsite SEO projects.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Parqa is an ideal partner for us because they are very collaborative group who are well versed in SEO tactics.

At the beginning of our engagement, we specified client deliverables and conducted keyword research. After that initial phase, we created a transition plan to provide link building, onsite SEO, and content marketing deliverables to those clients.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked primarily with Mike. He is a true digital marketing professional, with a lot of experience in the field. Mike is very collaborative and has a great sense of humor which makes him a joy to work with.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

SEO results are being measured in our dashboard, but the primary success metric is how quickly client deliverables are completed. We have delivered at least 10 days ahead of schedule since January.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We communicated VIA email, phone calls and a task system which keeps us organized. Mike's mgmt style is easy going but he has specific timelines on delliverables.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are a big player in the staffing and recruiting marketing space. That made them an ideal partner to work with as we specialize in augmenting the digital presence of SMBs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Mike has gone above and beyond in terms of communication and producing great client results. I can't think of any specific areas for improvement.
