They work with us and are very open about the budget. The team has accommodated us when we've gone a little outside the scope of work. They're great about it if we ever feel like we need to hop on a call. We also text them all the time, and the team is open about this approach to communication. Communicate with Collective42. Be open and honest. The team has a great outlook and perspective on things. They're super accommodating. If you're not getting what you want, express it. Sometimes Collective42 misunderstands you and what you want. Have a strong point of contact with Collective42. Honest and open communication always goes a long way.
