Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the president and a co-founder of Arken Media Group Inc. We specialize in creating media and marketing materials for clients in several industries. Our approach is to focus on the difficult-to-present facets of these companies.

For what projects/services did your company hire Arrowhead Design Co. Inc.?

Arrowhead Design Co. Inc. has helped us spearhead many projects for our clients. They’re our main source of graphic design and top-notch website design.

What were your goals for this project?

We’re often trying to create marketing content to communicate a challenging point to customers. To accomplish this, we need easy-to-understand graphics and websites that make processes seem less complicated.

How did you select this vendor?

We chose to work with Arrowhead Design Co. due to their extensive experience within the graphic design industry, as well as for their small size. The latter was particularly appealing to us because it made them approachable. We’d worked with larger design firms before and we always felt like just another client.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Arrowhead Design Co. makes some of the best WordPress websites we’ve ever experienced. They place a strong focus on SEO from the beginning of each project, thus making the website much more successful at launch, which our clients are very appreciative of. Their design work never fails to amaze either. They’re masters of crafting beautiful and elegant logos based on our client’s guidance.

Our project teams are most often composed of four members with direct lines of communication to Arrowhead Design.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Since teaming up with Arrowhead Design Co., we’ve seen a sharp increase in business.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Arrowhead Design Co. runs like a frictionless machine. We’ve never missed a client deadline when working with them, and neither have we received any complaints about their work. They are available at all hours of the day to answer questions we may have, and they often go back and improve old projects when new technologies emerge.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

For such a small firm, they have an uncanny ability to design, produce, and disseminate perfect products. Looking at their work, you’d expect them to be a several hundred-employee firm.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As it stands, we don’t currently have a single complaint or critique for Arrowhead's work.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the merchandise manager for RJ Rockers Brewing Company. We are a microbrewery that has been creating handcrafted beer for the community for 22 years.

For what projects/services did your company hire Arrowhead Design Co. Inc.?

We hired Arrowhead to design and print our merchandise, including t-shirts, koozies, and hats.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted our merchandise to appeal to everyone that walks through the door. Our company carries merchandise as a way to provide mementos and souvenirs to our frequent customers as well as the family and friends they invite our way.

How did you select this vendor?

Arrowhead Design was chosen because of their creativity within their own line of merchandise as well as their firm belief in community.

Describe the project in detail.

I collaborated with Lanie (Owner, Arrowhead) to create a fresh new look for our merchandise. While still maintaining our tried and true logo t-shirts, we gave a fun spin to some new selections. We are affectionately known in the community as "rockers," which we branded on some hats. Our t-shirts were created in great variety from beer logos to simplistic pocket tees. 

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with Lanie and one other employee from start to finish. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our monthly merchandise sales have more than doubled in the first four weeks of receiving our order. We have heard nothing but great feedback from staff and customers alike. They say that this is the most appealing, creative batch of merchandise we have ever received. Everything was created with the thought of all of our different markets in mind. It is a selection that reaches to all those who walk in the door.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their team was extremely receptive to our feedback and gave us all updates when appropriate. We only had one printing issuing that had to do with sizing, and they were extremely quick to share with us and work out a solution.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were willing to let us take the lead, yet also provided a balance of their own feedback. They were a personable team that was a pleasure to work with. They immediately jumped to action when we requested a large order within a tight deadline and made it happen flawlessly.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I have absolutely no critiques for Arrowhead Design, they gave us a great product and experience from start to finish.
