When there was any sort of a hiccup, we both managed and Artsy Geek handled the issues very well. They were also balancing some other client needs outside of [the main one], and they did a very good job of juggling that and still giving us the time we needed for this project and being clear about what they needed to do with their other clients. I felt taken care of and properly managed.
