Onya was brought in to help recalibrate our media strategy. We really needed a partner who understood our brand and help us position our programs and college across our ad media and programmattic strategy.

We are consistently seeing our our benchmark goals hit month to month and that is translated in our enrollment numbers and how prospects interact with our website and submit request for information forms.

Yes, we have a monthly meeting with Onya and they are always a email or call away with prompt responses. They don't always wait for you to reach out they are a proactive group and will find the opportunities you may miss or have already been thinking about to make performance better month to month.

I think having many years in my marketing career and having to deal with vendors both very large and small, I am most impresed with the access that Onya provides. If I reach out to the CEO/Owner I know I will hear back within 24 hours, our project manager are always reaching out and they are available even though we know they have many clients to work with they make us feel like we are the most important.

Onya sends me weekly and monthly performance reports that measure our CTR and CPC. Currently, our CTR for Meta is 1.00%, and CPC is $5.93. Google has a CTR of 4.35%, and CPC is $100.

Onya's project management is always outstanding, ensuring every detail is handled efficiently from start to finish. They always deliver on time. We meet monthly with our project manager via Zoom. Between our monthly calls, we use email as our main communication method.

There is nothing that I can think of that Onya can do differently. The only adjustment that would be helpful is to get regular updates about how much of our budget we've spent on each channel. If that were part of the regular weekly updates, that would be great.
