BA was tapped to support us on a multiple clients from a technical marketing perspective. They helped us navigate the design and development of websites, optimizing those websites for performance, managing technical marketing needs like add buy and execution of advertisement strategy across google and meta, in addition to managing the production and posting of social content on behalf of our clients. They were tasked with filling the gaps in our services from a techincal perspective.

the BA team delivered projects in a timely manner and set up quarterly and monthly reports to go over technical data and back end metrics / kpis to demonstrate the growth and activity on pages they were responsible for.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

the most unique thing about BA is the clients they choose to work with. they try to work only with ethical companies and establish business practices and internal systems that support that cause as well. marketing can become souless and used as a tool to promote things that arent the best for society (vice industry, over consumption), its refreshing to see an agency center their activity on the opposite.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Barakah Agency could have done differently?

I was very happy working with Barakah Agency and would consider working with them again in the near future.

 I'm an executive at Honey Mama Lactation, a healthcare company that provides expert, personalized breastfeeding support and guidance for mothers through local and virtual consultations, empowering families on their breastfeeding journey.

What challenge were you trying to address with Barakah Agency?

 I wanted to scale Honey Mama beyond just word-of-mouth. My main goal was to grow qualified leads and get more visibility with expecting and new moms without losing the personal, trust-based feel the brand was built on. I also needed a professional website that could securely capture patient info with HIPAA compliance top of mind and a paid marketing strategy built from the ground up — something that would drive real results while still feeling true to the heart of the business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

 Barakah Agency handles everything from strategy to execution. We started with a full brand and marketing audit, and from there, they built out a custom growth plan tailored to my goals. They designed and developed brand identity and a new website that feels aligned with the warmth and care of the brand while making sure everything was HIPAA-compliant and easy to use for both patients and our team. On the marketing side, they set up all our paid media campaigns from scratch, including Google Ads and Meta, with strong creative, audience targeting, and tracking. They also help with copy, landing page strategy, and campaign optimization.

 We found them through a referral. Honestly, it came down to how intentional the team felt. From the very first call, they took the time to understand what I was building — not just the business side but the deeper “why” behind it. I never felt like just another client. They weren’t pushy, and their approach felt aligned with how I wanted to grow. Their experience in healthcare, along with their expertise in Google Ads and paid media, was definitely a plus. But what really stood out was their access to over 120 data partners, which gave us an edge with in-market targeting across Meta, TikTok, and more. Most boutique agencies just don’t offer that level of insight. 

What is the status of this engagement?

 We started working with them in March 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 We’ve seen a clear increase in both lead quality and volume after launching our new campaigns. Within the first few months, the cost per lead dropped significantly, and we were able to reach more expecting moms who were actually a good fit for our services. The website also started converting better — patients were able to book more easily, and the intake process felt more streamlined. Barakah Agency also provides monthly performance reports, which help us track what’s working and where to optimize. It feels good knowing we’re making data-backed decisions without sacrificing the personal feel of our brand. Moreover, our organic keyword rankings have increased by over 600% thanks to their SEO strategy and blogs, which has really boosted our visibility. We’ve also seen a 10x increase in overall site visitors and, more importantly, a 15x jump in qualified patient inquiries.

 Barakah Agency’s project management is solid. They’re organized, communicative, and really transparent throughout the whole process. I always feel like I know what’s going on and what’s coming next. They deliver everything on time — even when things get busy or complex, they keep things moving. It never feels rushed, but it also never drags. We use Basecamp, Slack, and email to communicate with them. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

 What stands out the most is how deeply intentional Barakah Agency’s team is. They’re not just ticking boxes or running campaigns — they genuinely care about the mission behind your business. That’s rare. They ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and bring creative ideas that feel aligned with my values. On top of that, they still bring serious performance marketing chops. It’s a rare balance — heart and results. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

 Honestly, not much — the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. If anything, there have been a few moments early on where I would’ve appreciated more proactive updates without having to ask. But once we found our rhythm, communication felt clear and consistent. They’re always receptive to feedback and quick to adjust, which I really appreciate.

Barakah Agency has increased our sales volume and customer acquisitions. We’ve obtained a new sale directly from advertising about three times a month. Over the course of a year, that’s about 36 new customers with an average sales valuation of $1,000 per customer.

We needed help with a full rebranding process and website build out for our organization.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Barakah Agency has helped us with a full rebranding process for our organization. The team was responsible for identifying a new name, creating a brand identity, developing branding guidelines, and defining our voice and marketing strategy. We extended our contract with  Barakah Agency to  be responsible for managing our post-rebranding launch marketing.

In terms of specific deliverables, Barakah Agency conducted a brand and constituent research process and developed a brand assessment document. The team also developed and shortlisted brand name options, created a comprehensive brand identity strategy, designed and generated logo options, and established brand guidelines.

Moreover, Barakah Agency designed our brand logo, developed our organization's website adhering to the new brand guidelines and identity, and launched our new brand. The team has also handled our post-launch marketing strategy and material development, tracked and analyzed post-brand launch data, and delivered a final brand report.

The team also had the unique feature of having been directly impacted by our organization's work during their college years, so they understood and aligned with our values deeply.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Barakah Agency delivered a rebrand, new name, logo, branding guidelines, website, and marketing material for the new launch. Moreover, our monthly searches and website visits of our rebranded organization have surpassed our pre-rebranding searches and website visits significantly. Our organization had an extremely successful rebranding, with more new generation students recognizing the new organization name than the previous one. 

How did Barakah Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Barakah Agency's time management was excellent, transparent, and easy to follow. The team was by far the most organized organization we contracted with. Barakah Agency utilized many project management systems that helped us as a client keep track of where we were in the project timeline, what we were waiting on from Barakah Agency's side, and what our team needed to deliver to help keep our timeline tight and meet our ideal deadlines.

In terms of communication, we primarily communicated with Ziad (Founder & CEO) via Slack. Barakah Agency was kind and professional in all of their communication and check-ins and very considerate in navigating our team's busy seasons.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Our team was floored by how intentional, sincere, and accommodating Barakah Agency and Ziad have been in making sure we receive the quality of work we were looking for. Ziad went above and beyond what we expected, and we couldn't be more content with his work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Barakah Agency onboarded a few new team members as they grew as an agency, all of whom have supported some of the sub-projects throughout our time working with them. Many of them were excellent but were just getting onboarded on, which meant they needed a bit more support to capture the vision of the projects. Otherwise, there were no major areas of improvement.
