All our messages are centrally stored in their ticket system, and they respond in the manner that our staff member has selected; this makes communication convenient for us.

We’ve had 2–3 other companies bid to do their work, but those vendors can’t touch Wendego I.T. Solutions’ responsiveness. Given the depth of involvement, national companies’ prices are easily doubled. The price almost triples to get that type of responsiveness.
