It was a complex project that required a lot of collaboration, but they did an excellent job and understood what we wanted to achieve. We need further development, but they reached the overall goal by mid-May. We collaborated daily and were in touch constantly to discuss the project’s goals. For project management, we used Jira to track tasks and progress and Confluence for documentation. We also used Slack for discussions and planning. We didn’t have to push them. SHALB understood the goal we wanted to achieve and worked towards it. Explain your goals clearly; tell them what you want to achieve. They’re highly capable of validating those goals or the path to achieve them.
