What was the scope of their involvement?Dyrand Systems helps our team with every IT need, including software issues, setting up new devices, onboarding and offboarding employees, addressing internet issues in our Vancouver office, and assisting with an office move in Calgary. Software issues can be anything from a program not working properly to a user having an issue with our server. We rely on Dyrand Systems to help us source new computers or laptops for our office and set them up before they reach our office.What is the team composition?We have a dedicated team of 3–4 people who work on our company’s IT needs.
