Please describe your company and your position there.

My company offers fully furnished office space, coworking space, virtual office, and meeting spaces. I'm the owner/operator for my 2 locations in DuPage County IL.

For what projects/services did your company hire OnDemand CXO?

We need to make sure that our spaces are equipped with high tech and secure systems for different types of business owners and professionals. That's why we hire onDemand CXO to help us built our IT infrastructure and to ensure our members have a secure and optimal access.

What were your goals for this project?

IT build out and on going maintenance and support.

How did you select OnDemand CXO?

We went through a vendor selection process and we picked OnDemand CXO because this is also locally owned and operated. We can easily get in touch with them when we need their services. They are very professional and responsive to our needs.

Describe the project in detail.

The whole IT infrastructure build out, including tear down and rebuild the IT infrastructure.

What was the team composition?

We were assigned to a project manager and when the technicians came for the installations and servicing, we also spoke to them to make sure nothing is miscommunicated.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My members are very satisfied how secure and dependable our network setup is in a shared office environment.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Good communications in timely manners. Always very professional and pleasant to work out any details and challenges.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The owner of the company and the whole team are very knowledgeable. I have never met with other IT companies with high-quality service like theirs.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Billing team seemed a little behind the work. We didn't get invoiced after a few days of work done. Other than that, everything is really good! Highly recommend.
