Micumo is a Polish Software House specialised in custom software development. I am a board member and a Project Manager.

We needed to design an architecture of custom communication protocol for mobile platforms.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We’ve been collaborating with ISEC before, and they’ve helped us on several projects so far.

As part of a project that we carried out for one of our clients, due to limitations resulting from specific requirements, we needed to design and implement an architecture of custom communication protocol for mobile platforms, ensuring highly secure communication.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

During designing the solution we have been working with two security consultants.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to ISEC we were able to implement a highly secure communication protocol that met all project requirements. In addition, they helped us evaluate the entire project in terms of security and correct any vulnerabilities.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were working in an Agile manner. We used emails and Skype teleconferences to discuss details and problems along the way. It was easy to communicate and track progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their level of knowledge in the field of cybersecurity was outstanding.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There’s nothing that comes to mind.
