We are building a Global Platform that enables seamless and secure connectivity for users, mobile devices, IoT and wearables across diverse Wi-Fi assets globally; these can be existing public Wi-Fi networks, homes and venues with un-used data capacities and even mobile phones.

Three primary tasks: 

1. Make our ERP and Billing Servers and security monitoring systems accessible from multiple locations.
2. Enable us to host our servers in-house, while ensuring transactional security. 
3. Assign ISP-independent IP resources to our in-house network infrastructure, to help us load balance multiple ISPs for a high availability.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to reduce Hardware and Software Costs by having ERP and Billing Systems as well as Security Monitoring systems at a central location while enabling services across multiple remote locations. We could also save on expensive leased line costs while increasing reliability with an ability to load balance over multiple broadband connections while keeping our network configurations and accessibility unchanged

A couple of calls were arranged to thoroughly understand my specific requirements. These discussions were essential in clarifying the project's objectives and aligning expectations. Following calls, we engaged in a quick detailed feasibility discussion.

Once the feasibility was established, I received an email containing a set of clear instructions. This guidance facilitated a smooth and straightforward setup process. After the initial setup, we transitioned into a monitoring phase to ensure everything was functioning as expected and to make any necessary adjustments. 

Yes, the delivery timelines were met.  

All the needs were heard. Whatever was technically feasible was considered
