I'm the Marketing Manager at Xopero Software / GitProtect.io - a data backup software #1 vendor.

For Xopero ONE Backup & Recovery sales and marketing. Net Complex is not only our Partner but the team supports us in many marketing endeavors - webinars, technical training, events, workshops, and much more.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We are permanently looking for new resellers, partners, and MSP. Net Complex is at the top of our most prominent and prospective resellers.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The almost entire team - from CEO, sales to the marketing team. Personally, I as a Marketing Manager, work close to the marketing team mostly.

Net Complex is on top of our resellers when it comes to sales and cooperation levels. However, each of our common activities always ends with success and huge customers interest.

Net Complex team is always very punctual, communicative, and responsible.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

For us what matters most are relations. Together with Net Complex, we create a great team, ready for any challenge. When you work with these people, it feels like you're working with your friends and nothing is impossible. I can truly recommend their services, professionalism, and positive approach.
