We outline maximum and minimum deliverables for certain milestones. The number of approved user stories is the main metric of success. We haven't specified a budget, and in terms of deadlines, they've met some and not others. We have weekly sprint routines, with planning on Mondays, daily stand-ups, and sprint shows on Fridays. We have now switched to biweekly sprints, which is a regular agile tech development approach. We use GitHub for DevOps and ClickUp for project management. We communicate via Google Meet during the sprints, Slack for daily communication, and ClickUp's comment section based on tasks. What did you find most impressive about them? Their flexibility and ability to comply with any demand are impressive.
