We needed to eliminate a lot of technical debt and take our application to the next level.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Lummo Labs has rebuilt our database schema, helped configure lighter and faster AI models, retrained AI models for accuracy, and enhanced our cloud platform and structure. The team has also worked on the UI, added new features, fixed bugs, and added analytics and data insights.

Lumo Lab has helped us develop apps for all major mobile platforms, smart TVs, and dedicated hardware devices. The team has also led the development of AI classification systems for NPU-based hardware devices.

Lumo Lab has shipped the product, which has received 4.5-star ratings in app stores, numerous design awards, and commercial success. The product has achieved an 80% market share and 30% month-over-month growth. In addition, the product has won the Red Dot Award, TLC, Elizabeth Dole Foundation, and Society of Technical Communicators awards.

Lumo Lab delivers on time and within budget. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

We had a custom-developed mobile application for a sports academy in the Middle East that needed some changes.

Lumo Lab helped us make changes and further develop the app. The changes included developing new features and changing the old API solution because the client changed vendors. The team also developed new screens for the app.
