We had a dedicated project manager who stayed ahead of us every step of the way, they were organized and responsive pulling in appropriate team members as required. The timeline laid out by Massive was well articulated and adhered to. Any changes to the schedule were mutually agreed upon and often as a response to us needing more time to complete assigned tasks. In addition to a weekly project update, we had regularly scheduled check-in meetings that were efficient and inclusive.
