they design the website very well. the hole time he was emailing back and fourthand Ali was quick to respond. they also made a watts app chat for me to expressconcers or feedback and for there team to ask me more questions about what im looking for in the website.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

the first part of the project I received was the logo. I got given a few options and I loved them all. after seeing the Logos I instantly knew the website was in good hands for success. the progress was fast. I probably didn't help as I kept asking and adding things in but the team was very good at helping me with it and communicating with me. once the website had a good template I got to try it out and see the outcome. I was very impressed.

I was very open with the delivery date. I wanted them to take there time on the project with no completion date so there was no rush. but with each step they was working on I got to see its delivery. although gave no delivery date for each I was happy how fast it was to deliver. my needs were responded to quickly via email.they then added me to a wattsapp chat and the respond was within hours. can't get better than that!

the communication and and time they put in talking to me about the project. how fast they was to respond to me. and with the wattapp chat it felt very friendly and welcoming. also the design, they went above my imagination

I generally don't have any idea how they could improve. I feel like the partnership was perfect enough for me
