The project started with a discovery phase, during which they reviewed our needs and determined if ProjectPro would be the right fit for us. In the planning phase, they assessed the project scope, the impact of removing old software and implementing ProjectPro, and the changes and training needed. 
They also mapped out the overall timeline for completion. The implementation phase included setting up sandbox environments to test the software’s functionality before deploying it on Production. 
They ensured all systems worked as expected, added custom modifications, and carefully planned a go-live date to minimize downtime for our staff. Everything was executed smoothly, and their post-launch support was excellent.

We divided the project into clear phases from start to finish and set target dates for completing each task. In the discovery phase, we finalized our functional research document. During the planning phase, we established a timeline for reviewing features and testing. 
The implementation phase involved rolling out modules one at a time in the sandbox environment, testing thoroughly there, and then deploying them to Production. Each phase had specific deadlines, and our progress was consistently tracked against them.

We’ve had a long-term collaboration with Digital Pixel Tech. Throughout our partnership, they’ve built various applications and websites for us, including our very first iOS app. One of the iOS apps they developed remained on the App Store for over a decade before being replaced by native iPhone functionality. Over that time, they consistently updated the app with new features and enhancements to keep it relevant.

For this particular custom software project, Digital Pixel Tech has been working alongside our internal team to develop software solutions, conduct lifecycle testing, and manage production deployment. We’ve provided the core requirements, which they use to draft outlines for our products. Based on these outlines, they decide on the technology stack and other tools to be used during the design and development process.

In addition to creating mockups for our review, Digital Pixel Tech also determines the architecture to be implemented across our platform. Once we give our approval, they move forward with development, integrating the features and design elements we’ve requested.

We're also planning to expand this system into a client-facing online platform, and we’re excited to continue working with them on that next phase.
