I’m the president of a natural supplements company in Ontario, Canada.

We needed someone to improve our online exposure and provide us with web development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Numero Uno Web Solutions developed our website and is currently providing us with e-commerce development and SEO services. At the start of the project, we provided them with a synopsis of our company, as well as our mission statement and documents on how we conduct business and interact with our customers. 

After developing our website, they’ve since worked on improving our Google search rankings and ultimately increasing our company’s exposure to prospective clients.

We work with a sales representative, a backend developer, and a frontend developer.

How did you come to work with Numero Uno Web Solutions?

We found them through online research. I had a good feeling about them after seeing the caliber of clients they previously worked with on their website, and they seemed to be a good fit for our needs.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent somewhere between $15,000–$25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement started in June 2015. We still reach out to them from time to time for maintenance and support.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I don’t have the exact numbers, but they’ve helped us rank up to the first page in Google search results. They’ve also been increasing our visibility online and improving our website traffic and engagement.

How did Numero Uno Web Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

I don’t have any complaints because they’re very responsive and receptive to updates and concerns. Any urgent matter gets prioritized and resolved quickly, and they’re always open to receiving and providing professional feedback.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We like that we have a very extensive relationship with Numero Uno Web Solutions. Knowing we can always reach out and communicate with them openly has been the key to our continued success.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve on being more proactive when it comes to pitching ideas.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would suggest asking them if they’re dealing with clients who are in the same industry as you are, just so you can have some knowledge and a reference to what should be expected from the partnership.

As the General Manager for our medical division, I oversee our medical cannabis clinic and medical cannabis patient marketplace. I handle all marketing efforts for both lines of business'

For what projects/services did your company hire Numero Uno Web Solutions, and what were your goals?

We hired Numero Uno to help us execute an SEO strategy including blog content as well as on and off page SEO. The goal was to increase traffic and credibility with potential patients to help drive conversion.

How did you select Numero Uno Web Solutions and what were the deciding factors?

I had previously worked with Numero Uno and Marco Reuter specifically at a previous company. I knew they had the experience and understanding around the Healthcare industry to help us execute effectively.

As a medical cannabis company, we worked with the Numero Uno team to help educate them on the very strict marketing and promotion regulations to ensure their efforts were complaint. We worked with them to outline the brief for the project and content flow. Once launched we recieved regular updates from the team on the SEO updates to our websties.

The Numero Uno team also provided a monthly recommendation on future blog content for our approval and all content was vetted and reviewed prior to go live on our site in collaboration with the Numero Uno team. Any changes or feedback provided was always actioned within 24hrs of receipt by the Numero Uno team.

We worked with Marco Reuter the Digital Marketing Manager and Elena Nicosia the project manager on all elements.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our website traffic increased by 65% bounce rate decreased by 21% Avg. time spent increased by 23% Online appointment bookings increased by 84% and overall appointment bookings increased by 44% Google My Business views increased from 200+ in Feb 2021 t0 6,000+ by Sept 2021

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Overall, it was a smooth workflow, and they added value to my department.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Great customer service and responsiveness.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They did a great job but as we began to increase the size of our team we moved some of the SEO in-house.

I was looking for a company to work with us to ensure that our current place of online presence is maintained and improved. My goal was to make sure that we not only stay where we were but that our position improves.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I looked a long time for digital marketing company and spoke to many. I found that they were all very different. It was, in my sense, kind of Wild West out there. Quotes are all over the place and promises were even greater. I found Numero Uno to be the most transparent, honest, and straightforward of the companies.

They take care of all our SEO work, including Facebook posts, articles, Instagram, and website management an updates and provide strategic input on how to maintain and strengthen our online presence.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I typically work with two members who I believe are the sales team and the IT person. Response time is excellent and consistent.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have maintained and increase our online position such that we are receiving more and more referrals from the Internet. The investment in this effort has been more than worthwhile.

Excellent communication, responsiveness, and attention.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are on top of everything they do, genuinely care about achieving goals for their clients, and respond quickly. I'm quite satisfied with the decision I made, especially after going through the difficult and almost disconcerting process of finding a company to take care of the digital marketing end of our business. I believe I found a fair, honest, and very effective company to take care of this.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I do not have any recommendations for areas of improvement. I'm quite satisfied and our business is doing better because of their efforts.
