An area for improvement is better ownership of the assigned user stories, however, our experience is that is more about how we engaged, versus their capabilities or approach.

By contrast, we had two dedicated frontend developers that we were able to interview with Quantum Mob. This wasn’t typical in many agencies, so I truly liked it. The fact that the main developer was extremely experienced was great. Because he was so good, he earned our team’s trust. This made things a lot easier for me. Their co-founder and president was highly responsive; he was extremely available at a moment’s notice whenever I sent him a message.
