For what projects/services did your company hire /KALMARS/, and what were your goals?

We decided to hire /KALMARS/ for the project where we build a custom funned that included website, email marketing logic and payment processor

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

/KALMARS/ did a website for InscriptioLabs and then we decided to hire them for our customer as well because of the previous corporation experience. Guys are always delivering on time and the process is transparent because of their skilled project managers.

At the beginning wireframes were needed to align the website structure with the customer. Afterwards they did a UI/UX design from scratch based on our client's requirements.

On the project worked project manager, designer, 1 front-end and 1 back-end developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The success factor was measured by website active users and conversion rate. During 3 month period website users increased by 180% (of course, because of our marketing activities) and conversion rate increased 2.3x times.

/KALMARS/ project manager was proactively giving updates and clarity to our team so we did not see a gap to worry about anything. Also, the designer gave us multiple versions so the client had plenty of options to choose from.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were satisfied with the /KALMARS/ ability to gather the team in 2 days. The time was very important because the client wanted this project done like yesterday.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They continue to improve as time goes by. They are doing everything right and I would definitely suggest to the companies who wants to get a quality solution delivered at the best timeframe possible.

Full stack development for investment terminal and analytics dashboard. Additionally, KALMARS implemented real time monitoring (AML/KYC) features to support our algorithmic trading activities.

KALMARS proven that they are capable to deliver project on time that means every single situation where we set a deadline, they met it without any questions asked. The measurable of the project included code quality, website speed, team's performance and user feedback - because the product scope was prepared by the KALMARS themselves.

Since I was not familiar with the tools and tasks the are required to build my vision, KALMARS assisted along the way bringing solutions to the table. I controlled the project using JIRA and Trello.

Their commitment and delivering the latest technologies, as well as work on time, is impressive.

I was sceptic at firs that the team consists of young professionals. but KALMARS managed to solve all the challenges during the journey.

We needed a WEB based solution for our project developed from scratch, that included UI/UX and server migration from previous provider to a new one.

With new web-based solution we were able to attract new customers.

Response to our needs, to issues or any questions is very quick. Most of the items were delivered on time, some not, but terms were not missed critically, nothing to complaint about.

Communication. Their desire to learn new skills and obtain new knowledge when needed to complete a task is impressive. There is no "we can't do it;" there is "we will need some time to find a way to do it."

There will always be areas to improve in. It's totaly fine.
