Please describe your company and your position there.

I own a company that sells handcrafted Home Temple & Decor items to customers. My name is Kapil, and I am the founder and managing director of the company. We have a large clientele from all around Australia who purchase our finest home temples and other decor items on a regular basis. We are well-known for our custom temple designs and craftsmanship.

For what projects/services did your company hire ultroNeous, and what were your goals?

I wanted to grow my clientele, thus I needed to reach out to more people for branding purposes. I posted my question on Linkedin, and ultroNeous called me to discuss my concerns. We talked about everything and came to the conclusion that we should create a website where we can present all of our temples and clients may contact us for pricing, quality, estimated delivery dates, or any modification. They also came up with a unique concept of selling Decor items including taking care of my social media accounts.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I spoke with a number of groups, and many of them were unsure about my plan to create a website as well as taking care of my Digital branding. Due to technological difficulties, we were unable to sell temples and other decor items directly to our customers. To do so, we needed to create leads first, and then meet with prospects to discuss all of the criteria. They all suggested an e-commerce website, but we merely needed an information website with the final purpose of generating leads. ultroNeous had carefully listened to all of our questions and discussed all of the conceivable topics during the conversation. They were quite clear about what we wanted and made a few suggestions that were extremely beneficial to our company's growth. As a result, we were able to reject all of the other companies and select ultroNeous for our website development and marketing project.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

As previously stated, our scope of work included designing the website and then developing it using the appropriate tech stacks. We don't know much about the IT market. As a result, we requested ultroNeous to recommend the finest stacks for developing a website that is both fast and compatible with all browsers and devices. They recommended React.JS tech stacks and provided the greatest website design. We had granted the light to proceed with the work based on the design and points they had provided. They started everything in a flow; from logo to social accounts and pages, followed by design and development of my modern website.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I spoke with the sales team, the project manager, the designer, the developers and digital marketing team. They are very open about their procedure and communicate very well. They have a very efficient framework in place, and all project stakeholders are fully informed about the project scenarios. I never expected 4-5 members of their team to speak with me, yet they are all extremely intelligent and took care of all communication while completing assignments on schedule.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They were quite clear about the website's concept and how to construct it within the time constraints. They provided the general project concept and, after receiving our approval, the entire website development roadmap. They responded quickly and completed all of the milestones on time. There was a gap in one milestone, but they made up the time and did not miss the project's final date for publication. Apart from that, their Digital marketing team did brought a few leads in a very short time span and it did converted too.

As previously said, I had been in contact with all project stakeholders and we were all communicating via Skype. We transferred all of the tasks to Jira, and the team kept me updated via Skype. Every Monday, we had project meetings to review the progress of prior work and make plans for the current week. All of the communication went smoothly. We didn't have any questions mid-project thanks to their project management tools. In any case, there were some misunderstandings, but they were all part of the project and did not obstruct any of the project's objectives. As a result, overall project management and communication were excellent.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The transparency of ultroNeous is its distinguishing feature. Many teams claimed that there would be a single point of contact for me throughout the project who would relay messages, but I had the opportunity to meet a variety of stakeholders, all of them had distinct perspectives, and I greatly appreciated their participation in all project meetings. We had a number of good discussions, and I believe that the participation of all stakeholders was a crucial aspect in the final end.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I guess they're all perfect and have their own method of working in every way, however there were some minor coordination issues between the designer and developer, as I had one inquiry that was specified by the designer but wasn't feasible in development. Anyway, the developer came up with a different alternative that I liked, but if they had collaborated better, we could have completed the job ahead of schedule.

I am managing director of Linxngo Limited. Our company provides mobile applications for students to transfer data using nfc technology.

We hired ultroNeous after working with another company that didn’t do a great job. We hired ultroNeous to further develop the application with push notifications and Enhance the usage of nfc technology with the application, along with correcting poor coding from past developers.

We looked through 3 developers after reaching different companies through LinkedIn. After speaking with ultroNeous and explaining our projections, we knew right away that they were right for the job. The attention to detail and ideas is why we chose them.

The scope of work is huge. We want to re-design the full look of the application to make this better to the eye, along with improving the data hold so when people connect the data of the other person is stored within the application.

Not only this, we are looking to make dashboards to sort and store any data that is collected from our demographic. - we will also be improving the security of the application and how the PWA is transferred.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There is 2 main people that we deal with at ultroNeous and that is Pramit and Sachin, I’m sure they distribute the work load and ideas to a bigger team, however we deal with them specifically, which i must say, is always a pleasure.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

So far we have asked them to create a push notification and a PWA along with improving the “make private” feature of the application. The deliverables have been spot on, they have delivered on time and exactly how we asked, if anything, they have went above and beyond.

The communication has been brilliant with ultroNeous. 24/7 they have been available and have sorted any issues or been able to discuss any future projects with us very well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their patience and top-notch listening skills are impressive. There has been delays and issues from our side which they have helped with, been patient with and made us feel very safe to spend our business only with them.
