The project consisted of 3 modules: an API, a weblet, and an Admin Portal The application resides within the customer's Microsoft Azure tenant - Commercial, GCC High The application uses a smart card for authentication and Microsoft Azure as the identity provider for providing user access to OneDrive.

Project management was excellent. They stayed on top of things and let us know if there were any issues with the deliverables. There were many technical aspects of the project that were new to both of us and Findan took initiative to resolve issues jointly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very patient with us, especially when things were in flux. They stayed within scope of the project. Willingness to learn with us as the project progressed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something  Findan Software could have done differently?

Providing more thorough up-front plans; the project went well over the budgeted time for delivery, which was a joint issue. Luckily the customer was not ready for the solution Findan was developing, but in general more attention to the plans and replanning as necessary with us could improve.

When I worked at Xerox, I was on marketing manager on the apps team where Findan was the developer of several Xerox branded apps. Findan was the primary developer, testing, and handled the project management for many of the Xerox branded apps.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Findan developed exceptional apps and within the scope. They worked extremely well with the Xerox teams, and helped to create great customer value. There were many apps that met customer needs, downloads, and if needed updates to current apps to meet client needs.

Findan worked very well with Xerox project management on weekly touchpoint meetings, with clear concise communication. They have a proven track record of delivering work on time, and if there were any delays, communicated and worked diligently to close gaps.

Findan Software had impressive project management skills along with hitting difficult targets set out by the Xerox team.

I did not see anything that they could have done better.

We required a software that could create fake text message conversations and turn them into videos. Finden delivered the web application and helped us set up the website to access the app. They are also delivered a handbook/user guide which was incredibly helpful.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Could the app replace our current production process for our videos. I would say that this software somewhat achieved this, but the Findan team worked very hard and was great to work with.

They delivered everything on time and responded to all of our needs!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How patient and understanding everyone was at Findan. As someone without a deep understanding of software and engineering, the team did their best to help me understand the process of developing a web app. Very good people.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Findan Software could have done differently?

I wish we used the software more. But I wouldn't say that is Findan's fault. I think that's part of the risk of building internal software.
