Another great thing is their billing process. I've never been charged more than I expected. Often, developers will under-communicate the price of the work and how much work there is. That isn't the case with Deligence Technologies. They're careful about tracking their billable hours and stick to the guidelines I've laid out. I don't have to worry about a $150,000 project turning into a $250,000 project.

The biggest quality that they have is flexibility. I haven’t found other companies who could be as flexible as Deligence for the same price. They’re based in India and I’m based in Geneva. I needed a developer who could work on the same time zone as mine and have discussions with the client.
