What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

247 Labs Inc’s work was excellent; I had zero complaints. They listened, quickly got on the same page as us, and designed the initial phase. The team also had great attention to detail and delivered an aesthetically pleasing and practical design.

They excelled at project management. Sheraz caught on very quickly and was great. 247 Labs Inc was also quick at making the minor adjustments we requested. We mainly communicated via email and phone calls.

247 Labs Inc really understood what we wanted to achieve and delivered it. They exceeded my expectations in terms of the design. Ultimately, we didn’t have to request any major changes to their work.

You should have a clear understanding of what you want. If you keep changing your mind, you may run into issues, but if you have clarity, 247 Labs Inc can go in a specific direction. The team is excellent at listening and delivering.

What was the scope of their involvement?

247 Labs Inc helps us with AI development and Salesforce automation. Initially, we helped brands understand where they are, where they want to go, and how to get there. We used to leverage survey data and process it manually. I’ve tried to automate the process by developing an AI based on this data, and 247 Labs Inc has been helping us with that. 

We plan to provide our services to individuals who are struggling with depression and anxiety. We’ll leverage data to help people understand how to get where they want to go in their life, and 247 Labs Inc is helping us automate an AI model based on the data we have. We have several other projects scheduled with 247 Labs Inc. Additionally, 247 Labs Inc is currently working on rebuilding our website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

247 Labs Inc is AI-driven and has so much data that we can work with. We can automate several tasks, and 247 Labs Inc has helped us transform and shorten our projects’ length. For instance, we can now complete a project that would’ve taken six weeks in under a week. 

We’re not a big company, and thanks to 247 Labs Inc's help, we can now take on much more work due to the efficiency of the automation they’ve realized. 247 Labs Inc is competent in using Salesforce and has exceeded our expectations.

How did 247 Labs Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

247 Labs Inc is accessible and responsive. If I email them, 247 Labs Inc usually responds within an hour. 247 Labs Inc delivers work ahead of schedule and under our budget every time. We also work with a third-party company, which has been the one that missed deadlines. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with 247 Labs Inc’s service. My previous work experience was in management consulting, and I’ve worked with large vendors. 247 Labs Inc is very nice.

We’ve provided 247 Labs Inc with loose requirements, and they’ve accepted them. We required several iterations to create a solution due to our inaccurate requirements. Although this has been partially our fault, I believe that is the only thing for 247 Labs Inc to improve.

We used 247 Labs for a complete front to back development of website, app and game.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We researched 10 different website development companies. We wanted a company that was based in North America and didn't outsource their work. They needed to have a solid past portfolio of previous development from well known companies and they needed to fit within our budget. In the end, we narrowed it down to 3 and received quotes from each. 247 Labs really stood out amongst the others, making it an easy decision.

We started with a kick off meeting to discuss what we needed and how they would get us there. The project included a marketing page, our clients login page and dashboard, our company admin page, app and game.

All had to be integrated within each other. We began by working with one group of developers to create the flow of the site and app and then wireframes and mock-ups were developed. We had our marketing page completed in WordPress, our admin pages created with Laravel VueJS and the Mobile App with React Native and Unity.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our business is just launching now, however our testing has provided us with very positive feedback from our customer base.

We had update meetings through teams, where the weekly progress reports were given and we could provide feedback. We used text and email to discuss issues of more timely importance. We also used a shared excel sheet which we could report changes we needed, as well as to fix issues. This was extremely helpful. Overall, all communication was clear, concise and very prompt.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their understanding of the big picture of what we needed and how we would get there was impressive. The developers would often think of problems that might pop up, and addressed them before we even knew that they were there.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Initially, there was a lot of communication going back and forth, and sometimes things would get lost in the process. Later on, 247 Labs added the shared excel sheet so we could follow up on all communication. This also gave me piece of mind since I could see that my concerns were being addressed and see when the item was complete. Implementing this process from the beginning would have been ideal.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

At the end of the few months, we had a site that members could log into and access the resources. I was a bit frustrated as I am not a technical founder, so a lot of things that I expected to work once the project was complete was not working.

When people purchased the membership, they were not able to log in even if they reset their password. When the members were trying to add other users, the emails weren't working so they weren't able to login. This caused me a bit of headache and stress with the launch of this new membership product.

The app collects in-treatment data and enables physicians to create real-time pain reporting and give the patient recommendations and alterations to the treatment plan.

I appreciated 247 Labs’ flexibility in allocating resources and onboarding and offboarding them on short notice. They could get someone to jump in and out of our project for an hour if we needed them.

Typically we find client have last minute changes which challenges the timelines. Balancing client needs and meeting timelines could have been a bit better, but certainly appreciate commitment to completing the project.
