I’m one of the directors at an IT services and development company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Asapp Studio?
We needed mobile app development services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Initially, we had rounds of scoping to identify what we needed to develop and all the screens and processes. Asapp Studio gave us the estimates, and we awarded them the project once we approved them.
Asapp Studio has developed the app from scratch. We provided them with the APIs and designs for the screens, and they’ve built them according to the required workflows. The team uses React Native, Swift, and JavaScript as some of the technologies. The app is a marketplace platform, and they’re providing development and testing services.
What is the team composition?
In addition to the founder, we have a project manager, an iOS developer, two Android developers, and a QA person.
How did you come to work with Asapp Studio?
I've known the founder for many years. I knew his technical capabilities and was confident that he’d be able to deliver.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in January 2021, and our partnership is still ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The app is still in private beta, so we have yet to get any real metrics. However, we’ve been using their services for almost two years, which speaks about our faith in their capabilities. Overall, Asapp Studio continues to support us and deliver successfully.
How did Asapp Studio perform from a project management standpoint?
They deliver on time, and the communication is pretty good. The team understands the requirements, and they give us their opinion and guide us on the better routes to do some things. In general, we’ve been pretty satisfied with the quality of their advice.

What did you find most impressive about them?
They stand out for their willingness to satisfy our needs.

They can improve their testing and QA capacities.

Communicate your requirements clearly. As long as your requirements are clear, your project will be successful.

I found Asapp Studio on Facebook. I saw an ad of theirs and contacted them. After our initial discussion, I saw that they had the capabilities and potential we needed, and their cost matched our expectations.

We started working together around May 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We have ongoing testing processes to measure the achievement of the requirements we provide Asapp Studio with. I usually design a logic diagram to show what I want, and they always come back to me with a product that proves the achievement of our goals.
How did Asapp Studio perform from a project management standpoint?
Asapp Studio’s project management is very good. We have constant communication over Slack.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Being able to talk to Asapp Studio’s owner has been great. His knowledge and experience are impressive.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Throughout our project, Asapp Studio has had different personnel changes, which has made our collaboration a little bit confusing.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have a very clear idea about what you want to do. Additionally, it would be good for you to have a higher level of understanding of what app development implies. In my case, I was completely unfamiliar with that industry, so I ended up going through a learning curve initially. They supported me with some of those challenges, but most of the effort came from me trying to understand the industry.
