Custom software development in support of our primary web application that is both customer-facing and used internally by the entire company.  Software development for our proprietary mobile phone app.  AI model development in support of our internal processes and custom software development for our internal Windows application.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The primary measurement is the reduction of internal resources necessary to support the software development.  JFT is now handling nearly all of our software development.

JFT is very responsive.  With a dedicated project manager, they are able to deliver development tasks faster than our ability to assign and specify them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Most importantly, JFT has very good developers.  They understand our code and architecture and do not require a ton of details in development task definition.  Secondly, Jellyfish Technologies have a wide range of development skill sets and thrid, they are very efficient in completing tasks.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Jellyfish Technologies could have done differently?

There are none that come to mind.  I'm very happy with the results.
