The website is really clean and not busy, which were my main concerns. It looks a lot more professional than a lot of the websites I deal with. When you click on the site, it’s clear how to find the information that you need, and it’s also clear that it was designed that way specifically. Everything was done in a very good amount of time, and they gave us very realistic expectations about how long that would be. They’re also extremely responsive when it comes to upgrades that I ask for from them. I almost always have a fix to the problem or a response about when we can figure it out within an hour of contacting them. I guess my advice would just be to trust his professionalism and experience. He has seen pretty much every issue you could have, so not only does he have your best interests at heart, he has the knowledge to achieve those goals.
