Kickpoint supported us in our implementation of GA4. The initial contract was for discovery work. Some people may not like paying for discovery work, but it is a sign of an agency that knows what they are doing: You can't give an accurate quote without knowing what you are getting into (particularly when it comes to the state of a client's analytics!), and the discovery work sets the client up for success, ensuring the quote for the implementation work is accurate. 

KickPoint then implemented our GA4 and set us up in Google Data Studio. They gave us a reporting dashboard, with high-level results, and a diagnostic dashboard with more details to identify and diagnose any issues. We went on to sign an ongoing retainer for support and troubleshooting as needed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcomes were the ability to measure our marketing outcomes! The work was outstanding. The dashboards were easy to use and accurate. Dana and her team provided us with insights we couldn't get anywhere else. She was able to troubleshoot things other teams our other vendors were stuck on, and provided whatever support we needed. I knew Dana's expertise was above and beyond many others, and continued to be blown away on a regular basis by her knowledge. 

She and her team gave us support beyond analytics, providing the kind of advice you can only get from a true expert -- not the internet. From international SEO questions to paid, she gave us guidance wherever needed. I trust Dana and her guidance completely, and can't recommend Kickpoint highly enough.

Everything was delivered on time. Responses were via email. The office is closed on Fridays but they make clients aware of this.

Kick Point's in-depth knowledge and expertise are above and beyond expectations. I trust them completely, and look to Dana and her team as leaders in the industry.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Kick Point could have done differently?

At times responses can be slower, but never when we were in the middle of project implementation, and this is completely understandable with an agency managing multiple clients who all have urgencies and priorities to juggle.
