We used Kre8tive Agency for our website design and development as well as their digital marketing platform. We were looking to have a more professional and interactive website that our potential new clients could use as a resource to better understand the type of services we offer and to get comfortable with who we are and what we stand for. We also wanted to provide some marketing pieces to attract new potential clients and disturb them into action.

Kre8tive agency came highly recommended to us. We took our time in getting to know them and their platform and were very impressed with their approach. We love what they do for us and we recommend them to all our clients as well.

Kre8tive Agency are the experts in their field and we leaned on them heavily for their guidance and support. We went with their recommendations as web design and digital marketing is not our forfeit. They hit it out of the park for us!!

We worked quite closely with Paola the owner and Bianca her protege.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have a website that now drives traffic and potential clients to us which is huge! We receive leads through our website every week and we are having more and more people engage with us from the posts they place for us.

Great communication back and forth! They are on top of it every step of the way. We couldn't be happier!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How engaged they are in helping us be successful and reach our growth targets.

Only if I could go back in time so I could have incorporated them into my business sooner.

I am the owner of No Planet B Refillery, an online, home-based business that offers natural product refills.

What challenge were you trying to address with Kre8tive Agency?

I needed a company to create new branding materials and redesign my website. My Wix website was difficult to navigate, and I had to reach out to each customer to confirm pickup or set local delivery schedules.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kre8tive Agency designed my business’ logo. Once the logo was completed, I expanded the scope of work to include personalized website design and development, which they did from scratch. 

They’ve taught me how to do website updates myself, but I often reach out to their team whenever I need product additions or new features for my website. I hope to begin SEO, PPC, and digital marketing efforts with them soon. 

What is the team composition?

My main point of contact was Paola (Creative Director), but other teammates were also working on my website design. 

How did you come to work with Kre8tive Agency?

I was struggling to find a company to help me design a logo because many companies were out of my price range. I was referred to Kre8tive Agency through a community Facebook group. When I reached out, they said they could work within my budget and set up a payment plan. Kre8tive Agency was affordable for a small business like mine. 

How much have you invested with them?

I invested $4,000 CAD (approximately $3,100 USD) with Kre8tive Agency. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The logo project was from February–March 2021, and the website went live in August 2021. I like their work a lot, so I’m looking into extending our contact.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The website that Kre8tive Agency built is personalized and can grow with me as I expand my business. Their team streamlined the site and saved me a lot of time when distributing my products. 

I can’t necessarily measure whether or not their work has contributed to sales, but my business has only been open for a year, so that may change. 

How did Kre8tive Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Kre8tive Agency is great at sticking to my budget and lets me make monthly payments. Paola usually responds to my messages within 24 hours and delivers everything on time. Their team sent me logos via mail, but I used Facebook Messenger to contact Paola if I had issues with the website. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Kre8tive Agency’s ability to work with small businesses and within smaller budgets are great. As a startup, there are a lot of expenses and lots of limits on what we can do because of the lack of cash on hand. Kre8tive Agency’s interest-free payment plan greatly benefits my small business. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’ve been pleased with everything Kre8tive Agency has done; there is nothing they could improve on. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Customers should try and have just one contact at Kre8tive Agency so they can understand the customer’s brand image and business.

They have thorough knowledge of webdesign and social media management and marketing and make it very easy to understand.

After a website audit, I could see that my website was lacking in so many ways. Paola and her team showed me where my weakness was and showed how they could turn around my on line presence.

I usually work with Paola and 1 of her assistants.

my google ranking and on line presence has grown astronomically since using Paola's service

Kre8tive agencies has gone above and beyond all of my expectations and I can not think of anything they could do better for me.

Our website was created initially in-house using WIX and while since updated, with all of our changes throughout the pandemic we wanted to update our brand.

It's amazing how fast the website was completed and how easy it is to use now versus the old one. I even get info on how my site is doing monthly from them.
