I am the owner of Celebrations by Calli. I’m a wedding and events planner, and I do full planning services, coordination, and venue design. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** What challenge were you trying to address with zaire global? I hired zaire global to design my website. **SOLUTION** What was the scope of their involvement? The zaire global team redesigned my WordPress website and make sure that all information surrounding my services could be immediately found by visitors. A lot of similar companies don’t display their prices, so I opted to have mine posted on the site along with an explanation of each of my services and the locations that I cater to. I provided them with a list of what I wanted to have on the site along with some samples. They also set up a new business email for me with its own email signature. I asked them to create business cards as well, but I have yet to receive those from them. What is the team composition? I work directly with Plamedie (Brand Director). He relays all information to the rest of his team. How did you come to work with zaire global? I went to the same high school as the owner. My best friend — who recommended zaire global to me — is acquainted with him as well. I chose to push through the project with them because they were referred by a person I trusted.  How much have you invested with them? I’ve invested $500. What is the status of this engagement? We started working together in August 2021, and the engagement is ongoing. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? I cannot speak to the impact of the website on my business because COVID-19 has really greatly affected the events planning industry. I do, however, receive good feedback from different people I meet with. How did zaire global perform from a project management standpoint? We hold a lot of meetings over Zoom and FaceTime, and we go back and forth on ideas through those platforms. The zaire global also texts my personal number from time to time. What did you find most impressive about them? In terms of the design, zaire global has been excellent at understanding and executing everything that I want to have on my website. Everything is looks and functions exactly as I envisioned. Are there any areas they could improve? I’m having a problem with the delivery of my business cards. They have taken too long to send it to me. I have, however, spoken to the owner of zaire global about this. He shares my frustrations because all other clients of his who have ordered business cards are experiencing the same delay. Other than that, though, nothing major needs improvement. Do you have any advice for potential customers? Make sure to keep in close contact with zaire global. Especially if you’re having your website designed, you wouldn’t want to just have them take over; you need to tell them exactly what you want because you’re paying for everything.
