I feel like we get a good amount of account management care and attention. I feel like they’re pretty hands on. I like the fact that they’ve got a lot under one roof. They’ve got a strong creative services division. They’ve got a lot of mobile media planners to work with. They can also accommodate some of the more ancillary projects like App Store optimization or customer journey. It’s nice not to have to brief those jobs out to a new agency every time. Somo has done a great job of understanding what we do, who we are, and what our main KPIs [key performance indicators] are.
