What was the scope of their involvement?

Arramton has helped us build two websites with different purposes. We started by sharing our design vision and the type of content we wanted to include on each site. Then, the team designed the UI/UX and developed the websites using the latest technologies. The first website is geared towards students, who can use the quizzing feature to learn more about different cultures. The second website is more informational and geared toward school programs.

We’ve primarily worked with the owner and CEO of Arramton.

We initially found Arramton through a reference from our colleagues. Their website was very professional, and we were impressed with their portfolio, so we decided to move forward with the partnership.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested $15,000 for the quiz website and $40,000 for the other website. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working on the first website with Arramton in February 2022, and they moved on to the second website project in August 2022. The partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Overall, we’ve had a very good experience working with Arramton. They’ve considered our ideas and delivered exactly what we asked for in terms of features and designs. Furthermore, they’ve made the websites user-friendly and easy to navigate, and we’ve received overwhelmingly positive feedback regarding both sites.  

How did Arramton Infotech Pvt.Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

Arramton has met deadlines and worked within our budget. The CEO has been very kind about implementing feedback and submitting deliverables that align with our asks. We’ve mostly communicated via phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve been most impressed with Arramton’s dedication to our project. The CEO has communicated with us directly from the start, which we’ve appreciated.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Arramton could improve by projecting more realistic time estimates.

I recommend engaging Arramton; they’ve very well-versed in web development, social media marketing (SMM), and other services. I also suggest working with the CEO if you can.

We needed help with web and mobile application development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we had a series of calls with Arramton Infotech Pvt.Ltd., during which we discussed what the UI/UX design would look like for our website and mobile app. We did the majority of the project and outsourced the remaining tasks to their team.

Apart from the web and mobile app development, they took photos of the products that we were selling and uploaded them to the application. We used PHP and Laravel for the website and used React Native for the mobile application.

We worked with eight people from their side: a project manager, three mobile app developers, two iOS developers, and two web developers.

We decided to go with them because they were based in the city we’re in, and they have well-established offices and great employees.

We spent around $45,000.

We worked together on this project from January–July 2022.

The quality of Arramton Infotech Pvt.Ltd.’s work was really good — in fact, they delivered something better than we expected. We also plan to work with them on another project, which is scheduled to launch in March 2023.

How did Arramton Infotech Pvt.Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

They placed a couple of their developers in our office, so communicating with them was never an issue. They also met all deadlines were met and worked within the set budgets. We used Slack for communication and Jira for project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with how they treated their clients — they were able to make us trust their company.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should improve their developers’ communication skills; some of them are not that good at English.

Know what you want, have clear requirements in your mind, and get everything documented before starting the project.

What challenge were you trying to address with Arramton Infotech Pvt.Ltd.?

We were conducting business traditionally and taking orders via phone, but we were fed up with the manual nature of our processes. We engaged Arramton to help us build a CRM to digitize our daily tasks.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Arramton has created a web-based CRM and mobile application to help digitize our daily processes and set up e-commerce capabilities. After reviewing our documentation, the team worked exclusively on our project from start to finish. They developed the technology from scratch and customized it to meet our needs.

Initially, they built the CRM and mobile applications using PHP for the backend and hybrid React Native technologies for the frontend. More recently, they’ve converted the frontend to JavaScript and the backend to Node.js. The app is compatible with iOS and Android and enables our B2B customers to submit orders, review our products, and communicate with us directly. 

Arramton has finished building the technology, but they’ve continued supporting us with app store optimization (ASO) and marketing services. They’ve also been responsible for maintaining the servers, hosting the applications, and developing new features. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested roughly $35,000 in the partnership with Arramton so far.  

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Arramton in 2016, and they delivered the final products in 2019, but the partnership is ongoing.

Arramton has provided us with great-quality services and we’ve been satisfied with the results. They’ve helped us take our business to the next level. 

How did Arramton Infotech Pvt.Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

Arramton has submitted deliverables on time, and we’ve used agile methodologies to manage the project. We’ve met virtually and face-to-face, but we’ve typically communicated via  Zoom, Google Meet, and phone. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Arramton has communicated superbly and delivered on their promises. They’re the best service provider we’ve ever worked with. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing Arramton could improve on; I’ve been satisfied with the partnership.

We were building an application and had an in-house team, but were not able to complete the project. We tried a few different companies across India, but no one was able to deliver what we were looking for, so we brought in Arramton Infotech.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Arramton Infotech is responsible for developing our mobile application and website. We gave them documentation to begin the project; the app is for iOS and Android. Arramton Infotech is using Java and Kotlin for the Android app and Swift for iOS. The team consistently adds new features and enhancements because the market is always changing, but the project is live. 

We also plan on using Arramton Infotech for digital marketing services and social media management.

We found them through Google. We scheduled a meeting, and afterward, we felt like they understood what we were looking for, so we decided to move forward.

We started working together in March 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Arramton Infotech is providing us with the best development work, and our project within the market is running very smoothly. Users have also given us positive external feedback on the app. 

We appreciate their accountability. One thing they do is assure us that if anything is late, there is a 10% penalty on their end, so we always know that they will deliver. 

How did Arramton Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via WhatsApp; we can easily contact them any time there is an issue. They respond almost immediately when we send anything to the WhatsApp group. They deliver on time or early and work within budget. Arramton Infotech is flexible and has strong collaborative skills. 

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

We’d like to shout out Mayank (Co-Founder); he has a firm understanding of what we need and will bring our ideas to life. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s been very nice working with them, and we have a good relationship with Arramton Infotech. Whenever we bring something to them, they respond to our feedback and can implement it quickly because we have a dedicated team that works with us. Arramton Infotech’s ideas are extremely valuable; they always want what is best for us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing that we can come up with at this point. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give them your requirements and let them devise a solution. They will take care of everything and give you ideas for an even better fix at the best price. Their goal is to make your project successful; they are not out for the money grab.
