Key deliverables included a fully responsive, interactive multi-page site, optimised for user experience across devices, with clear messaging, engaging design, and seamless waitlist integration. The result was a polished, launch-ready website supported by a modern, scalable tech stack, with full details outlined in the attached spreadsheet.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project showed strong measurable progress through structured delivery, regular milestones, and consistent communication with a dedicated project manager. Weekly and ad-hoc check-ins ensured fast turnaround on feedback, steady momentum, and on-time delivery. High responsiveness, technical accuracy, and ongoing support reduced friction throughout the build and resulted in a polished, fully functional, lauch-ready website, while also establishing a collaborative and trusted working relationship.  The level of support, responsiveness, and patience throughout the process ensured smooth execution and resulted in a professional, launch-ready website.

Project manager and the team was excellent, with clear coordination and timely delivery throughout. Despite changes in requirements and multiple iterations, the team remained professional, responsive, and adaptable, ensuring all updates were handled smoothly and delivered on time with strong resaults. Even with multiple changes and evolving requirements, the team responded quickly managed updates efficently, and consistently delivered high-quality outcomes without delays.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was the conbination of high-quality delivery, strong technical expertise, and genuinely excellent customer service at a very reasonable and transparent price. Compared to previous team I've wroked with at much higher cost, they delivered on time, stayed within budget, communicated clearly, and consistently acted with professionalism and pride in their work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something IT Dev Staff could have done differently?

There were no major areas for improvement. I initially explored a more complex and heavily animated concept, but the team clearly explained the cost and performance trade-offs and guided me towards a solution that fit my budget while maintaining fast load times and usuability. As a first concept website, it delivers exactly what was needed and leaves plenty of room to expand in future. I'm very happy with the outcome and the feedback the site had recieved.

IT Dev Staff has delivered a working site that uses the Meta API, a backend that is UX-friendly, and maintenance. Since the launch, we’ve seen an increase in website visits and pilot clients. We’ve gone from 0 to 4 pilot clients.
