We had Slack and Jira setup to collaborate and manage tasks which made it a super easy and transparent process. The fact that it isn't a typical business that'll execute and walk away when the contract is complete. Jonathan and his team go the extra mile with suggestions, taking additional out-of-scope requests and most importantly providing support months after the project had completed.

Red Cs adaptability, understanding and willingness to meet the end-users needs was exceptional. This was clear from the get-go and the team still provides on-going support and advice where necessary.
