Dentnet is a company that works in the Dental industry producing Dental restorations to Dentists mostly in the Nordic region My possession is head of digital flow at Dentnet. I have been 100% in charge from project start to deployment and now onwards.

Dentnet came to a cross road where the company needed to enhance its logistic software to be able to meet new standards on medical device in EU market.

We hired Aspire after a solid background check and after several meetings with the company. We trusted their way to present their case.

They were to build and design a digital workflow to control devices from the order and through the work progress on a department level and onwards out to the end-user.

Today, we have made a very smooth deployment where we have 60 users inside the mainframe and close to 500 users ( dental clinics ) using the system on a daily basis. Aspire is still helping us develop things that we have had in our bucket list. Aspire is also maintaining the support function 24/7

Management in Aspire has been fantastic to detect our needs and follow up with very streamed lined suggestions and solutions. Meetings have been conducted by personal meetings, Skype, mail, and also by Zoom and the platforms.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The way they pin down the client's needs impressed us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At the moment we have no suggested areas for improvement. I just want them to continue their good ways in handling their clients, that's the key to further success.
