A complete web based solution that provides a software solution for pet groomers. We also created a mobile interface to assist mobile groomers so they can operate in the field.

Paw Soft Pro streamlined clinic operations by centralizing appointments, pet records, staff management, and reporting. It reduced manual administrative work, improved scheduling accuracy with automated reminders, enabled secure role-based access, and established a foundation for future growth.

The team was very responsive to my needs in terms of delivering a product that was within my budget and that met professional standards. They also responded in a timely fashion to minor adjustments to the product along the way in a timely fashion. I never felt that changes were taking too long, or that there was any kind of unreasonable expectation on my behalf in terms of contributing to the final product. I also liked that they ste up an intial outline of the project scope to explain exactly what was going to take place.

Axons' communication, and the professionalism with which they carried out the project, stood out. I thought the costs were in line with what I expected, and that it was good value for the money.

Perhaps additional updated expected timelines ( monthly) as the project progressed in the later stages.

Key deliverables included core functionalities such as learning modules, quizzes, and guides. Axons also implemented user management, a CMS, and an AI-powered chatbot, with a strong focus on gamification and user experience.

Additionally, Axons integrated a payment provider, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
